Narrator: At Nordhus Dentistry, Dr. Byron Nordhus and the entire staff are proud of the fact that when you step through the doors, it feels like coming home.
Dr. Nordhus: You know, in my practice, one of the things that I wanted to do was just to have a homey atmosphere. I wanted it to feel like you were sitting in your living room instead of a reception room. And we really wanted to work on developing relationships with our patients and knowing who they were and taking the time to do that, versus just running people through the office as fast as we could and trying to be all about the numbers. We really want to see the patient at their given appointment time. We try to get them back at their appointment time and not have any waiting.
Narrator: Nordhus Dentistry offers a wide variety of services from fillings and hygiene appointments, dental implants, Invisalign, crowns, root canal treatments, and restorative work.
Dr. Nordhus: After most of our restorative work, I will give our patients a call back the following day to check in with them, see how they're doing.

Dr. Nordhus: They just think that we've got a really good group of people to work with. We are trying to give them an experience, a positive experience that they won't find other places. We are trying to help eliminate or help alleviate their fears or help them work through their dental anxiety or their dental fears so that they can get healthy.
Narrator: For Dr. Nordhus, keeping up to date with the latest and greatest dental technology is an extremely important part of the practice.
Dr. Nordhus: There are just things that are available in the field of dentistry that make the experience easier for the patient or make the experience better for the patient. Those are things that we really try to stay on top of and invest our money, our time, and our education into. We are really trying to go out of our way to provide care and compassion to our patients on a personal level that they may not have had in other places.
