Gaps between the teeth, the teeth looking small, and short bothered this patient to the point she came to us for solution options. Invisalign was not something she was interested in and she opted for porcelain restorations. To achieve her goals a bone/tissue lift was an important step to achieve the long tooth anatomy. She had reservation with doing a lift and afterwards she was elated with the results.
